This is delicious with torillas, Chilli Con Carne or Homemade Nachos. It’s really quick to whip up and looks stunning on the plate. For hungry little tummies simply leave out the chilli or reduce if your little one likes spice!
Serves: 2 as part of a main meal or 6 as a dip.
Preparation: 8 minutes
1/2 a large ripe avocado
1 plum tomato
1/2 – 1 red chilli
Finely slice the chilli.
Roughly chop the tomato.
Mash the avocado and stir through the chilli and tomato.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
