These are so simple to make, sugar free and super tasty! You just need to keep an eye on the grill as the go from crispy to burnt in the blink of an eye. Little ones will love eating these with dips simply leave out the salt for under 1s.
Serves: 2 as main meal or 6 with a dip as an appetizer
Preparation: 3 minutes
Cooking: 3-4 minutes
2 tortillas or large Lebanese flat breads
Spray Olive Oil
1-2 tsp smoked paprika
1-2 tsp Cajun mixed spice
1-2 tsp ground sea salt.
Cut the flat breads into triangles.
Lay on a baking tray and spray with olive oil and sprinkle with the smoked paprika, Cajun mixed spice and sea salt. Turn over and repeat.
Place under a high grill – about 200 ‘C for 1-2 minutes and then turn over once they start to crisp up.
Serve with Chilli Con Carne or dips.
